PROGRAMS
Trades Training Cohort
- Over 40 Inuit trainees enrolled in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical programs.
Youth Engagement
- Apprenticeship opportunities connecting young Inuit to skilled mentors.
Employment Outcomes
- 70% of graduates placed in meaningful trades jobs.
Housing Projects
- Local workforce contributing to new housing units in Igloolik.
